A little about McP
In my first year of teaching my students started calling me McP and it stuck! I have been teaching in Ontario for over 10 years now and I started teaching in math but teaching science is my true passion and where I find I truly shine. I tend to be an early adopter and due to my engineering background I am always looking for ways to better the learning of my students. I'm the current VP of the OAPT (Ontario Association of Physics Teachers) and longtime member of Perimeter Institute's Teacher Network. If you have not heard of either of these organizations I suggest they be your next step after this website :D I also love expanding my knowledge of physics and have been privileged to attend teacher workshops at SnoLab, PI, CLS (Canada LightSource)... and CERN!!!!!
